Refund policy

All items must be returned to us in the condition received for return or exchange within 14 days of purchase with original receipt. Returns will be refunded in the same way it was originally purchased. EveryBody reserves the right to refuse return for any reason. Please allow 3-5 business days to process all online and credit card returns. To process a online return please complete the following steps:

1. Login to our online portal with your email and order number( this can be found under returns/exchanges
2. Choose products you would like to return or exchange from your order
3. Print return label that you will receive to your email
4. Send back all items you wish to return
